- Recommended for: Articles, books, dissertations/theses, and term papers; especially helpful to those seeking to improve their current work
- Actions: In addition to basic copyediting, this service goes one step further to help the author continue the writing process, make wording more concise and effective, improve readability and flow, and strengthen presentation
 
> PROOFREADING:


- Description: A final checkup before the document is sent to the printers or a publisher
- Recommended for: Short-length works (newsletters, press releases) in good shape
- Actions: Basic grammar check, spelling, general flow of writing

Electronic: We use track changes in Microsoft Word so that you can see exactly what changes are being made or suggested; the markup of a PDF file is an option only available for proofreading services.
Hard copy: We’ll gladly accommodate your work preferences.
 
> Payment:
  We charge by the page (250 words = 1 page), depending on the type of service and the amount of work needed. Receipt of payment required before the start of the project, through PayPal, personal check, or mail order. Payment plans available for documents over 100 pages in length. Discounts available for students, repeat clients, frequent and long-term contract projects, and charitable organizations.
